The honey comes from bees who live in the middle of the crops on the farm. This year they have foraged on hectares of oil seed rape and field beans, together giving it a uniquely deep floral taste.

This honey comes from an apiary on the Trellech Plateau with spectacular views of the vale of Usk. The bees gather nectar and pollen from the beautiful gardens, orchards, farmland, hedgerows and woodlands on and around the edge.
